New Fingers

I'm putting in an order for new fingers. All I ask is that they meet these requirements: When you wash them a million times a day-after changing diapers, they will remain as hydrated as a fresh water lake, sanding baseboards will only make them feel silky smooth, and when I caulk for 2 weeks, I will be able to pick up a ten pound weight with my pinky finger.

For now, my fingers are dry, callused, tired...and very happy! Our house is coming and hopefully we will be in within the next 6 weeks. If not then, we refuse to give in to our fingers and feel blue! We have been learning so much and feel beyond grateful to have this opportunity.

The past couple of months I have had this primary song running through my head

I have two little hands, folded snugly and tight.
They are tiny and weak, yet they knew what is right.
During all the long hours till daylight is through,
There is plenty indeed for my two hands to do.

Every time I watch Cameron play with his tiny hands or learn something new, I think of this song and I'm reminded of what a perfect little boy he is. His hands are extra tiny, but they are always trying to do what is right.

One more requirement for my new fingers: They need to be more like Cameron's
