There are times when I've wished Cam was older.
Like. . .
The other day Mark and I were driving down the road past some fields. I got all excited that there were cows in the field and said, "Look Cam, there's a cow!" He didn't even wake up--the audacity.

We're in the process of building a home right now and today the trusses went up. Since we don't plan on doing this every other year, I wish Cameron was able to enjoy the different phases the house is going through. What little kid doesn't love a big crane?

. . . when you hope they never grow up at all!

I'm first to comment!

ReplyDeleteMichelle, that picture was when we "spit" bathed him. He didn't like that. He loves bath time now, and it's my favorite time, too because he's so calm and content!

ReplyDeleteSo fun to see this cute little guy! But he's getting big fast! I totally know what you mean about wanting them to grow up. On one hand you love them being little and never want them to grow up, but being an elementary ed. major I'm always looking forward to when I can start seeing Russell learn to read, do science experiments, etc.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you have a blog so I can see more of you guys now. I love all the pictures! I can't believe how your house is coming along! You are going to LOVE it!!!! Love you guys!
Oh, and are his eyes turning brown? One of those pictures really looked brown to me! I love the missionary shots. You'll have to send that one in when he gets his call!
